Your satisfaction is our priority

At Electrotodo.com we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we explain how you can easily return your order.

📦 How much time do I have to return?

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide any explanation.

For any return communicated within the legal period, the user will be refunded the full amount of the returned products. 

After 14 days from its receipt, without having exercised your right of withdrawal to devoluciones@electrotodo.com or through the form enabled for this purpose and after prior communication, it is discretionary for ELECTROTODO REPARACIÓN S.L. to accept the return; if accepted, it does not cover shipping costs or payment commission/management fees.

✅ What conditions must the product meet?

For us to accept the return, the product must be:

  • In perfect condition, unused and undamaged
  • With all its accessories, manuals, and original packaging
  • With labels and seals intact

📝 How do I start a return?

It is very easy:

  1. Contact us by email or phone indicating your order number
  2. We will confirm the return and provide you with the shipping instructions
  3. Send the product in its original packaging
  4. Once received and verified, we will process your refund

💶 When will I receive my refund?

We will process your return within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the moment we receive the product or from when you provide proof of shipment, whichever occurs first, and once we verify it is in perfect condition.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

📮 Who pays the shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or there is an error in the order on our part.

⚠️ Important exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Sealed products that have been opened for hygiene reasons
  • Perishable products or those with an expiration date
  • Those products marked as non-refundable

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

🔄 Your right of withdrawal: purchase without commitment

When you buy online, the law protects you with the right of withdrawal. This means you can change your mind and return your purchase without having to provide any explanation.

How much time do I have?

You have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive the product at home. This period starts counting from the moment you (or someone you designate) physically receives the order.

How do I notify it?

You only need to notify us within those 14 days that you want to return the product. You can do so in several ways:

Provide us with your order number and which product you want to return. You do not need to explain the reason.

When do I have to send the product?

Once you have informed us of your decision, you have another 14 calendar days to send us the product. You do not need to send it the same day you notify us, but within that period.

✅ Conditions of the returned product

For us to accept the return and refund you the full amount, we need:

  • The product is in perfect condition, unused
  • Keep the original packaging in good condition
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and instructions
  • The tags and seals are intact

You may open the package and inspect the product (as you would in a physical store), but not use it.

💶 Your refund

How much will I be refunded?

We will refund you the product price and the standard shipping costs you paid when placing the order (if you chose express or urgent shipping, we only refund the cost of standard shipping).

When will I receive my money?

We will process your refund within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from when:

  • We receive the returned product, or
  • You send us proof that you have sent the product
  • Let’s verify its correct condition

Whichever happens first. The money will be credited to your account by the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Who pays for the return shipping?

The costs of returning the product are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or we have made an error in the order.

⚠️ Exceptions: products that cannot be returned

For reasons of hygiene, health, and safety, some products do not accept returns once opened or unsealed:

  • Sealed products for hygiene that you have opened
  • Personalized products or those manufactured according to your specifications
  • Perishable products or those with an imminent expiration date
  • Products that by their nature cannot be returned once opened

📢 Do you need to file a complaint?

We hope your experience with us is always positive, but if something has not gone as expected and we have not been able to resolve it directly, you have the right to file a complaint.

How do I file a complaint?

You have several options to enforce your rights as a consumer:

1. Official complaint forms at your local consumer offices
As a company operating in Spain, they will provide you with complaint forms. You can request them:

Once completed, the complaint form will be evaluated and we will provide you with a response as soon as possible.

2. European online dispute resolution platform
If you have purchased online, you can use the European Union's ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform:

3. Consumer organizations
You can go to the Municipal Consumer Information Offices (OMIC) or the consumer services of your autonomous community. They will guide you on your rights and the available options.

The Consumer Arbitration System is a free, fast, and effective method to resolve conflicts without going to court. You can request it through:

  • The Consumer Arbitration Boards of your community
  • The National Consumer Arbitration Board

What information do I need to include?

To effectively handle your claim, please include:

  • Your complete personal data (name, address, email, phone)
  • Order number and purchase date
  • Clear description of the problem or reason for the claim
  • Documentation supporting your claim (invoices, emails, photos, etc.)
  • Solution you request

REPLACEMENTS

🔁 Replacements and exchanges

Can I exchange one product for another?

Currently we do not offer direct exchanges of one product for another. If you want a different product, the process is simple:

  1. Request the return of the product you do not want (following the withdrawal process)
  2. Place a new order for the product you prefer
  3. Once we receive your return, we will process the refund

This way, you receive the new product faster and have full control over your purchase.

What happens if the product arrives defective or damaged?

If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, damage during transport, or that does not correspond to what you ordered, contact us immediately. In these cases:

  • ✅ We will send you a replacement at no additional cost
  • ✅ We cover all shipping costs (both return and reshipment)
  • ✅ We will manage the collection of the defective product
  • ✅ We will prioritize the shipment of the replacement product (as long as it is in stock)

How do I request a replacement for a defect?

It is very easy:

  1. Contact us as soon as you detect the problem
  2. Send us photos of the product and packaging if possible
  3. Provide us with your order number
  4. We will confirm the replacement and manage the entire process

Important: Do not send the defective product until we instruct you to do so. We first need to evaluate the case and give you specific instructions.

What does the warranty cover?

All our products have a 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects or non-conformity. During this period, if the product presents any problem:

  • The first 6 months: it is presumed that the defect existed from the origin
  • After 6 months: it may be necessary to prove that the defect is not due to normal use

The warranty covers repair, replacement, or, if not possible, refund of the product.

🧾 Invoices and documentation

How do I receive my invoice?

Your invoice is generated automatically when you place the order. You can receive it in two ways:

  • 📧 By email, along with your order confirmation
  • 📦 In printed format, inside the package with your order

I have not received my invoice, what should I do?

If you cannot find your invoice, don’t worry:

  1. Check your spam or junk mail folder
  2. Check that the email on your account is correct
  3. Contact us indicating your order number and we will resend it immediately

Can I request an invoice with different details?

Yes, but it is important that you inform us before the invoice is generated (ideally, when placing the order). Once the invoice is issued with a NIF/CIF, we cannot modify it due to tax regulations.

If you need an invoice in your company’s name:

  • Make sure to include complete billing information when placing the order
  • Full company name
  • NIF or CIF
  • Billing address

Do I need the invoice for a return?

It is not essential, but it is recommended. With the order number, we can manage your return, but having the invoice speeds up the process.

What information does the invoice include?

All our invoices include:

  • Seller data (electrotodo.com)
  • Your data as the buyer
  • Invoice number and issue date
  • Details of the purchased products
  • Unit and total prices
  • VAT breakdown
  • Shipping costs (if applicable)
  • Payment method

Can I request a corrective invoice?

If you have returned a product and need a corrective invoice, we will generate it automatically once we process your return. You will receive it by email along with the refund confirmation.

How long should I keep the invoices?

We recommend keeping your invoices for at least:

  • 2 years: to exercise warranty rights
  • 4 years: if you need to justify the purchase for tax purposes
