RETURN POLICY

The user may exercise his right of withdrawal during a period of 14 calendar days counting from the date of delivery of the product, or from the last of them if the order consists of several; that is, your right to return the products purchased without the need to allege any justifying cause and without incurring any type of penalty.

In all returns communicated within the legal term, the user will be paid the total amount of the returned products. Nevertheless, 14 days after receipt, without having exercised your right of withdrawal to devoluciones@electrotodo.es or through the form authorized for this purpose and after previous communication,.com optional by ELECTROTODO REPARACIÓN S.L. accept the return, In case of being accepted, it is not responsible for returning shipping costs or commission / payment management.

The refund of the amount of the returned product may be reduced by the corresponding amount due to the deterioration or use of the returned material.

The costs derived from shipping to our facilities will be borne by the customer.

In the event that the return takes place as a result of a product defect or an erroneous shipment, ELECTROTODO will bear all the expenses derived from its replacement and collection.

ELECTROTODO REPAIR S.L. will accept returns, as long as they conform to the General Conditions of Sale and to the following sections:

In accordance with the provisions of the Law for the Defense of the Rights of Consumers and Users (RDLeg. 1/2007 of November 16), the client will have the right to revoke the requested order within a period of 14 days after receipt of the same, prior communication to ELECTROTODO REPARACIÓN S.L., with refund of the price that would have paid for it.

The consumer will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling them other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.

Conditions: ELECTROTODO REPARACIÓN S.L. is empowered not to accept any return, whatever the reason for it, in the following cases:

- Failure to comply with the formal requirements and/or deadlines.

- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene protection and that have been unsealed after delivery

- Custom materials.

- Materials out of catalogue.

- Materials expressly intended for installation by professions if they have not been installed by them.

CAREFUL! BEFORE BUYING CHECK THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. THERE ARE SPECIFIC PRODUCTS WHERE WE INDICATE THAT THE RETURN IS NOT ALLOWED.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a customer, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and return the product/s within 14 calendar days without indicating any reason if it has not been used. To communicate it, you can use the email tienda@electrotodo.es or devoluciones@electrotodo.es

The refund of the amount will be made in the same payment method in which the order was placed at the time we receive the merchandise.

In case of exercising this right of withdrawal, the cost of return and damage suffered by the product or merchandise will be borne by the client.

ELECTROTODO REPAIR S.L. will not be responsible for returns on products handled by the customer, those returned without the original factory packaging, or those goods that are returned incomplete both in its main elements and accessories. 

The right of withdrawal will not proceed outside the indicated period nor on products subject to fluctuations in a market not controlled by ELECTROTODO REPARACIÓN S.L., nor on perishable objects, objects that can be easily reproduced immediately or that by their nature cannot be returned. Nor will the withdrawal of merchandise or orders that can be considered due to their special characteristics as requested by the client.

The deadlines established to carry out the returns of repair parts are subject to those established in ROYAL LEGISLATIVE DECREE 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

 

CLAIMS

If the claim is due to a breakage caused in transport, the client must indicate to ELECTROTODO REPARACIÓN S.L. said breakage before 48 hours after receipt of the merchandise.

Formal requirements: The client must have formulated his original request in writing (e-mail or "on line"). It must have been requested from our department. customer service the return through the same channel. Neither the material nor its packaging must have suffered any damage.

To argue possible damages against third parties, you will be asked for photos of the packaging received.

  • To make any legal claim, the client can go to the judicial instances that he deems appropriate, being able to select the geographical location that he deems appropriate.

REPLACEMENTS

ELECTROTODO REPAIR S.L. will proceed to replace the broken material upon receipt of orders once the carrier has completed the return of said material, with the normal shipping delivery times and whenever the warehouse stock allows it.
