The tank and drain pan are there to collect excess water! In addition, they have buoys that will warn you when it is time to empty them. This feature is especially designed for espresso machines (check out the product list below!). Don't forget to empty them regularly for optimal performance. Don't forget the MS-0A20631 drain pan!
