Shipping Conditions

All confirmed orders are integrated into our system; upon completion of each order, the system automatically sends an email to the address provided by the customer with the order details.

The shipping company will send an email to the recipient with the shipment tracking number.
CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER AND/OR NOTIFICATIONS! 

If the shipment is not picked up by the customer and is returned to our facilities, the costs incurred for the shipment will not be refunded.

The delivery time will be the result of adding the estimated delivery time and the interval until the order is processed.

Please note that in some cases, due to workloads of the transport agencies, deadlines may be flexible. Do not hesitate to contact us if you want to know the status of your order or need information about its traceability. Also, if you need assistance contacting the transport agencies, our staff will be happy to assist you.

Types of order delivery:

Home delivery

Home deliveries will take 2 to 4 estimated and business days from leaving the warehouse until delivered to the home (these are always estimated times)

Delivery at the pickup point chosen by the customer

Normally, shipments to pickup points may take 4 to 5 days to be available at the point from the time they leave the warehouse (these are always estimated times and according to the pickup locations' hours)

Shipments with pickup mode at the chosen Punto Pack will remain 8 days at the selected point.

If not collected, they will be returned to our warehouse.
