It is made of highly wear-resistant 18/10 stainless steel, with a 5.8 mm thick diffuser bottom for homogeneous heat distribution and is suitable for all types of cookers, including induction.
It has an innovative design with two cooking levels, a depressurization device and a sliding closure system with opening and closing by fitting the lid and body. It has 3 pressure safety systems and 1 opening locking system, complying with CE regulations.
