This (weight) valve regulates the steam pressure during cooking in the Monix Easy pressure cooker. It is an original Bra/Monix replacement, manufactured with the same specifications as the factory component. When this part fails, the cooker stops cooking properly or may trigger the safety system erratically, rendering the appliance useless.
