Original Kenwood 4-blade knife for the MG700 / MG710 / MG720 series meat grinder (Meat Grinder Tritacarne). This is the part that rotates against the grating disc to mince the meat; when it becomes dull, the output is crushed rather than cleanly minced, so it should be replaced periodically. It belongs to the Kenwood / De'Longhi group.
